How we collect and store your data

When you contact us we record and store your details that you share with us to ensure that we can for example:

  • be certain that any appointments you have booked can be processed to completion
  • contact you in emergencies, such as an urgent cancellation
  • deal with any financial queries
  • keep a record of previous grooms and any specific information about your dog that will assist in future grooming sessions.

This data will not be used to send news and event information unless you have requested to be added to our mailing lists.

We do not store any financial data. This is held by iZettle for all credit card purchases and governed by their Privacy Data Policy.

Your name, address and phone number, dog name and breed are stored on our company computer so we may contact you if need be. No-one outside the company has access to this information. Your email address is stored on our web site server.

We also keep a paper customer client record for each person and dog which includes all the grooming details each time it is groomed.

If at any time you wish us to delete your details from our systems, then please simply contact us and we will be happy to oblige.
